DUBAI – Ajman’s Al Zorah Real Estate Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has achieved a significant milestone with the early handover of its prestigious residential project, Seaside Hills Residence.
Initially scheduled for completion in December 2025, the project is now due for delivery in August 2025, four months ahead of schedule.
The achievement reflects the developer’s commitment to efficiency, reliability, and maintaining the highest quality standards while consistently surpassing customer expectations.

Situated in the heart of Al Zorah City, the Seaside Hills Residence features 105 upscale units ranging from one to four bedrooms, all boasting sweeping panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. With a total built-up area of 167,689 square feet, the residences have been crafted with contemporary design that harmonises with the natural coastal environment.

The early completion of the Seaside Hills Residence continues Al Zorah’s consistent track record of delivering projects ahead of schedule. Previously, the developer handed over the Seaside Hills Villas and Exclusive 21 Villas ahead of their respective timelines. This reflects the company’s dedication to meticulous planning, streamlined execution, and adherence to international quality standards.
